PULSE Dance Centre was built from love 13 years ago, and it continues to grow from the heart.
At PULSE, we believe that every dancer, regardless of age or ability, deserves access to exceptional training, professional instruction, and a supportive environment where they can truly thrive. Our programs are rooted in the belief that when dancers feel cared for, encouraged, and inspired, they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
We value fun, connection, and the power of meaningful experiences. It’s the small moments, the words of encouragement, the sense of belonging, the joy in the studio that help children build confidence and carry that confidence into every aspect of their lives.
Our collaborative and passionate faculty create an environment where students feel supported not only as dancers, but as individuals. We are proud to foster a close-knit community of students, families, and teachers who uplift and inspire one another every day.
For thirteen seasons, PULSE Dance Centre has been honoured to be a special place to dance. From our Twinkle Star Program, to our General Program, to our full-scale Musical Theatre productions, and our award-winning Competitive Company, we are proud to be a trusted leader in dance and theatre education within our community.

Our Directors
Nicole, Sarah and Mimi wish to welcome you to PULSE Dance Centre. We are three partners who are Teachers, Administrators, Business Owners and Parents. We bring diverse skill sets and experiences to our studio operations that has allowed us to provide one of the most special, positive and award winning dance studios in this area for the last ten years.
ARTISTIC DIRECTORS
Nicole Lannard and Sarah Van Os are the energetic, caring and positive Artistic Directors of PULSE dance centre. With 19 years of teaching experience behind each of them, an Early Childhood Education Degree, Major in Dance and Education along with affiliations to multiple Entrepreneurial Organizations and years of continued education in their field, they have developed a very special partnership, an innovative recipe for teaching, nurturing their students and the vision of PULSE dance centre. Their commitment to continued collaboration and team work along with the dedication to evolve their business and its practices year after year, staying at the forefront of today’s dance industry has made PULSE dance centre a thriving dance education facility for children of all ages and levels.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Mimi Lee, a Chartered Professional Accountant by profession, invests tremendous energy and many years of experience in providing business advisory services both in the financial and non-financial realms. She brings with her an infectious determination and an unfailing positive attitude to the PULSE Directing Team who she describes as a dedicated group who are passionate about what they do and are committed to delivering excellence.
